Accuracy and Consistency of Dosage
In the 2 products (Dye and Developer) packed in flat sachets with an accuracy of ± 0.7%. A clear sign of accuracy in the amount of product per sachet, avoiding waste and ensuring the consistency of each unit.
Efficiency and Speed with a total Production of 840 sachets
Per minute (7 tracks per machine working at 60 cycles per minute) x 2 machines providing a clear reduction in operating costs.
Customized all-in-one solution with 2 different liquids with a folded leaflet in the same package
Aranow's flexibility allowed in this case to find the right sealed pouch format for the customer's specifications, reducing the width of their old flat pouch from 85 to 75mm, saving 10mm of film per sachet.

By means of servomotorized drives in the vertical and horizontal sealing unit. Always maintaining the same pressure on the envelope, ensuring a good sealing finish of the article at the point of sale.
Production Efficiency
High production speed and advanced automation requires good management control of each flat envelope. The Pick & Place transfer system with a single axis has a unique clamping system maintaining a precise clamping of the envelope.
Using the ARATrace system with SCADA system we avoid production stops, we see alarms and statistics to quickly find an error or we can compare data by batch controlling production in shifts. In this way, you can see the OEE of your complete line at all times, minimizing human errors and improving the efficiency of the production line.

Production synchronization
· In case of failure of one of the 2 Flowpack machines, the speed of the Overflat machines is automatically synchronized to feed only one conveyor belt, avoiding a total stop of the production.
· In case of error on both Flowpack machines, the flat envelope machines have a rejection system that will avoid the accumulation of envelopes on the output conveyor.
Film control and time streamlining
· Servomotorized unwinder to reduce film inertia and tension.
Optimal for large reels.
· Ergonomic splicing table to speed up the reel changeover by facilitating the cutting of the end of the consumed reel.
The system consists of an upper bar that is actuated to fix both ends and join them with adhesive tape in a precise, easy and comfortable way.
This reduces the time required to replace and adjust the new reel and reduces the possibility of film off-center.
Optimum cleanliness
· CIP for product cleaning, manifold and nozzles without corners for easy cleaning in a product such as dye.
Quick access to information:
· Camera monitoring systems in each transfer system that record every 5 minutes and generate a file that helps maintenance by identifying faults and being able to check what happened.
· Consult manuals, wiring diagrams or operator guidance; at the touch of a button you can access the required technical documentation from the screen.
